A very well explained and interesting pamphlet – in spite of its obvious age – giving the concise meaning of the term “Catholic” (or “Roman Catholic”) and its whys and wherefores. There is probably nothing new here for most of us, but if confronted by the demand to explain in detail why one cannot be “Anglican” and “Catholic” at the same time, many would have difficulties with the intricacies of the full distinction of the terms. This pamphlet goes to the root of the question.
