    Another very nicely put together film by Maryla’s son, Philip.

    I understand the Eastern Orthodox in Britain also make an annual pilgrimage to St Winefride’s Well at Holywell. They claim she was an “Orthodox nun”. Oh well, I suppose she lived before the Schism.

    That’s interesting, GC! I had no idea the Eastern Orthodox Church also make pilgrimages to this lovely shrine of St Winefride at Holywell.

    I thoroughly enjoyed my Catholic pilgrimage there last year, bathing in those purifying icy waters… and meeting up with our team-mate, Maryla (mmvc), for the first time! 🙂
