A prayer request

Please pray for the repose of the soul of Fr Michael Clifton (Fr Mildew), a fine and humble priest, who has passed away this afternoon at the age of 80.

Please see here for a fine account of his most recent birthday.

Requiescat in pace.

Thank you for alerting us to Fr Clifton’s passing, Raven.
I remember enjoying his blog and missing Father Mildew when he stopped blogging.

Saying a prayer for Fr. Michael. I am sorry for your loss.
“May angels guide him and bring him into paradise:
and may all the martyrs come forth to welcome him home; and
may they lead him into the holy city, Jerusalem. May the angel
chorus sing to welcome him, and like Lazarus forgotten and poor,
    he shall have everlasting rest.”
