During Lent, together with our call to Fasting, Penance and Prayer, we are urged by the Church to meditate on Our Lord’s Passion and Death. This should help us contemplate our own impending death and the Church’s teacings on The Four Last Things. Today let us hear about Purgatory where most blessed souls will have to pass to purge their sins before reaching Heaven.
